god of war
so i picked up my copy last night and have been playing it since. let me just say that in terms of quality this single game has blown away EVERY OTHER GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED, EVER. in my entire history of gaming i have never played anything so beautiful, cinematic, or brutal. god of war makes me excited about the future of console entertainment, because this is it. if you don't have it, get it now.

temptation within fairy tale
i haven't posted much in the way of news about the psp since it launched (been too busy playing it), but sony just launched an unusually sexy site in korea for it, which uses models um, modeling with psps while garbed as fairy tale characters. the whole effect is rather dark and strange. check it out here: psp-style.co.kr

aeon flux
i've been following this live-action aeon flux film for awhile now, and noticed that the official website launched today. make sure to check this out. aeonflux.com
i'm interested to see how well charlize theron can pull off such a strange and difficult role. now if only someone could get david lynch to make a film out of the maxx...
i also read recently that john woo bought the rights for a metroid movie. if you've heard the orchestral score, you can already imagine how epic this could be. let's hope they cast it well (a younger sigourney weaver would make a great samus, in my opinion) and can pull it off.
