Stucco Media uses the same process for each client and each challenge. Regardless of the focus of the work, the ideas behind it must remain consistent.

The five steps in the process are
Identify, Educate, Design, Develop, and Support.

Identify
The initial step in engaging with a client is identifying the need. Since no two jobs are alike, it is important to isolate what the client's challenge is and how Stucco Media can solve it.

Educate
The learning process begins. Stucco learns the foundation of the client's business and researches solutions for the client's need. We advise the client on recommended solutions, discuss their strengths and weaknesses, and present alternatives.

Design
Once a direction is decided on, Stucco Media continues the creative process in designing a solution. Each solution has limitless possibilities, so we create options from which the client can choose.

Develop
Stucco continues development on the option the client has selected, issuing clear and consistent communication with the client. The client provides feedback at various milestones along the process. the development continues through production of the work (Through the printing, launching of a website, distribution of a campaign, working with its vendors, etc.), until the work is complete and the client is completely satisfied.

Support
Stucco continues to assist the client with residual needs after the work is completed.
